They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message.
I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
“Esperienza bellissima. Vacanza durata 10 giorni, Staff molto gentile che ci ha aiutato molto durante i primi giorni. Location perfetta a 2 passi dal centro. Camere molto belle. Parcheggio davanti (consiglio di usare la app easypark per fare più veloci).

“Het is een erg prettig hotel, vlak bij het station en in het centrum. Ik had een prachtige hoge kamer, met een erg fijne inrichting. Omdat er een probleem bleek te zijn met de airco, kreeg ik meteen bij het melden daarvan een andere kamer aan de andere kant van de hal. Dat was dezelfde kamer, maar dan gespiegeld, en nu aan de straatkant mét een groot balkon! Ik heb drie heerlijke nachten gehad in dit hotel en en kan het zeker aanbevelen.”
