Cottage a Wells-next-the-Sea

“The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. “its a small cottage but with everything one needs, and a lovely small outside table and chairs - ideal when the weather is good. Stiffkey is a nice village with an excellent shop and is close to the Norfolk coast path and the bus stop for the excellent Coast Hopper bus service”

“We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication. All in all, a great family break and I would recommend the cottage to anyone - thankyou Teresa. ”

“Spacious, clean and well equipped, comfy beds and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Really appreciated the board games for the day the weather was not so good. Really minor improvements would be pint glasses for the men, a long cable to make the snug room tv internet connected and for all the beds to be made up not just the number fir persons staying so we can chosewhi sleeps where (one of the singles didnt have sheets on presumably as we were 7 staying in an 8 berth cottage). “An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back.”
