This mid-terrace, brick-and-flint cottage has been lovingly restored to blend period charm with contemporary flair. Decorated throughout with a subtle seaside theme, it exudes warmth and comfort, offering a true home from home. Step through the stable-style front door and into an inviting open-plan space that combines kitchen, lounge and dining room. Located at the back of the room, the country-style kitchen is small but has all the essentials for dining in including a full-size electric oven and hob. A table for two in the window offers the perfect backdrop for meals, before getting snug on the sofa for relaxing evenings in, wood burner providing additional warmth when required. When night falls, head up the cottage-style stairs to the inviting king-size bedroom, which has views of the quay and ample storage. A light and fresh, modern bathroom completes the interior.

From crabbing off the quay to devouring fish and chips, Wells Harbour is a magical spot. Wander along the path or hop on the electric bus to the sweeping beach, backed by pine forest and colourful beach huts. Alternatively, lace up your walking boots and pick up the coast path to Stiffkey (4 miles) or head in the opposite direction to Holkham (3.5 miles), where you can explore dunes or venture inland to discover Holkham Hall and Deer Park.
