“A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“A comfortable, very well equipped house with a lot of space and in a lovely tranquil area but only a few minutes from the traditional coastal town of Wells next the sea which has a wonderful beach, great fish and chips and a variety of shops and places to eat. Couldn’t fault our week, we thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“The cottage was clean and comfortable. the stairs were a bit difficult to manage. but managed we did. the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. places to eat were not far away, lovely place to stay thankyou ”
