“Everything is bad ”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was pleasant and professional. I loved the “fireplace” and cozy sitting area. I am an avid reader and I especially liked sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace and reading a good book. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. ”

“Front desk person said my room number out loud isn't that happy with that when I did ask if they had any room besides smoking they said no All of the rooms are labeled non-smoking on the door placards. The windows have to be pushed very hard to open up. I only got a smoking room because it was what was available at time of booking. There is a soft spot in the bathroom near the toilet were it will need to be fixed with someone will be stepping through the floor. The catch plate on the door is...

“Very basic pool, rooms are showing their age and are being repainted and touched up. Looks like it’s about time to do some major projects to get things back up to snuff. ”

“My dad, sister, and I stayed one night at the Courtyard and we had a great time! I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!”

“The facility and staff try but the reality isn't a wonderful experience. It needs an overhaul. The rooms are alright. We had a lot of dust, it was aged, standard shower mildew and lukewarm water every single time (the last finally got me because it was every time for every single person). They do put in the effort with the breakfast and evening reception. We would not stay here again especially for the price. ”

“My room was very clean. The outside of the property had a lot of trash around it and the hallway and steps leading to my room were very dirty. ”

“The hotel was quiet for sleeping but other than that about as average as it gets. ”

“The bathroom had mold on the handles. There was brown liquid leaking down the walls from the ceiling. The peep hole was missing on the door anyone could look into our room. I had the room reserved for 3 nights and only stayed one. ”

“Hot water hardly works. They wont let you take the breakfast up to your room. No ice buckets in the rooms. The tables in the room were sticky. The breakfast selection was poor ”
