“Easy access to Omaha without being in the City itself. Clean Quiet Great Staff”

“Standard room was okay, not many amenities. Room had a stale smell and only received room cleaning once. Probably not staying there again.”

“Friendly folks all..the breakfast setup was a little different but once I understood the reasoning, it worked for me. Room was plain but every thing was clean and working. The gift bag is a nice gesture. I would stay again. Cheers.”

“Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.”

“Because the CWS was in town, our room rate was twice the normal rate. Supply vs demand, I guess but irritating. They have only one elevator when there should be two. The room was fully functional but no extra appeal. My breakfast was okay, but my wife was not pleased.”

“Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive.”

“The couch was dirty, torn and old. The cover on the bed had holes in it. Plastice bag cover the fire alarm. Not going there again.”

“Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.”

“Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Staff didn't listen to complaints. Bed not comfy.”
