“The hotel was quiet for sleeping but other than that about as average as it gets. ”

“The facility and staff try but the reality isn't a wonderful experience. It needs an overhaul. The rooms are alright. We had a lot of dust, it was aged, standard shower mildew and lukewarm water every single time (the last finally got me because it was every time for every single person). They do put in the effort with the breakfast and evening reception. We would not stay here again especially for the price. ”

“Hot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Didn't get the room we booked bc they overbooked, leaving us short a bed we needed. Couldn't control they're heat/ac worth a damn, it was either ice cold or uncomfortably how. “The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was pleasant and professional. I loved the “fireplace” and cozy sitting area. I am an avid reader and I especially liked sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace and reading a good book. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. ”
