“This was the most disgusting hotel room I've ever encountered, the floor was sticky, the bedding smell. I couldn't even sleep in it, she seemed to be malfunctioning. It was either too hot or too cold, it was shampoo soap, and "boywash" in the shower that was hopefully mislabeled. It was incredibly noisy, and there were bugs crawling around in the room. I could go on my own, but I think you get the picture.”

“There was blood on the curtains. Cigarette holes on the comforter. Bathroom full of mold. Staff was not helpful. I had to leave after a few hours and book a different hotel. Never received a refund after providing photos to the booking agent and hotel manager”

“The room was clean! Most of the staff were horrible!! We were given the wrong time for breakfast at check-in. The next morning, we went to breakfast and the lady was shutting down early. I asked her about it and she was very nasty and rude! She said she was also the night auditor and she would have never told me that! I told her she didn’t tell me that! She went to the back and started laughing as loud as she could and then called someone. The next morning, I waited for the GM to come out and...

“Room was dated and mold in tub and walls of bath. Curtains did not keep huge lights outside from shining into room. Dining table was dirty at bfast. Food was fine and plenty to choose from. As a Hilton Member this one was not a great stay and there are many more choices across both sides of hiway. Would not stay here again.”

“I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven”
