“When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

“False advertisement!!! They said the pool would be available but it was closed due to it not being ready or clean. The fan in the bathroom did not work but worst of all. The fire alarm went off at 1:20am and we were left outside. No one told us when we could go back in. No communication what so ever was given of when we could go back in. After 35 minutes of waiting. We heard the alarm stop and we just followed the crowd back to the building. We asked if they could allow us to have a late check...

“My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience. ”

Overall, this was a good stay for a budget-friendly extended-stay hotel.
The property appeared to be newer, and everything felt clean and well maintained. As expected with an extended-stay hotel, it seemed that some guests were long-term residents, which did not bother us.
The room was simple and functional. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but we tend to like very soft mattresses, so that really comes down to preference. The room layout was a little tight on one...
