“Nice staff but the hotel is old and noisy ”

“Everything was fine. The property could use some renovations, but my stay was nice. The king sized bed was really nice and the lobby was nice. Also, the elevator sounded like it was one use away from breaking down.”

“So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

“The room was clean. The bed was ok. However the base they are on are extremely annoying. The receptionist on so sweet when we checked in. And the breakfast lady told me good morning with a smile. The grounds keeper also told me good morning with a smile. The staff overall were all great.”

“Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable.”

“For the most part, the hotel was fine. The room was clean but the carpet had obvious stains. The area that definitely needs improvement is the dining room. When we went down for breakfast, we couldn't find one available table that was clean. I had to use my own personal wet ones to clean a table before we sat down. There were no eggs and the person kept saying more were coming out in 15 minutes. We finished our meal and left before the eggs made it to the buffet. Also the trash was overflowing. ...
