“I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

“It was nice but a little pricy ”

“They could not find my reservation because of the apostrophe in my name, they did not have a room for me, 35 minutes of standing in lobby while staff went behind closed doors to “figure it out”, they “upgraded” me to a room with no coffee pot, a fed full size refrigerator and a closet right next to bed with some kind of very loud generator in it”

“The breakfast wasn’t tasty and they never had coffee ready. The power went out at one point and the staff was just standing around instead of calling someone. They just never put the breakfast out, even when the power came back on. The valet guys were good but everyone else was lacking in the service dept. There was hair in the shower before I got there, and they never replenished the soap or one makeup wipe. ”

“Housekeeping staff had an issues with “feather free room”. Bed had to be changed after checking in due to fowl feather pillows (I have a pretty severe allergy). Staff again brought feathers with new linens, but the front desk staff was extremely responsive and took care of the situation immediately. Front desk was excellent…every shift. Our final day: power outage!! (Several blocks lost power, including the nearby hospital). Guests were being entitled and arguing, but mgmt and front desk staff...

“It could be nice but it is in sad need of updating. We had a suite on the 14th floor for 4 nights. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked. Everything about the space screamed cheap. It was furnished with low end Ikea-like furniture. The kitchen was furnished with a coffee maker and a frig. No microwave. No paper towels. Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). “Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air...

“Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out. ”
