“Very nice house and nice location...steps to the beach. Great porch and deck. This property does not sleep 12 people. It sleeps 8. Not enough beds for our party of 10. We had to use two blow up mattresses. Ben was a great host. He was very responsive and helped us work through a few issues.”

“The property was clean and was in a great area. The heating system was excellent and I appreciated having access to the balcony outside of the bedroom. Appreciated having TVs in bedroom and living room. Here are some very minor suggestions: provide extra wash cloths, provide an extra roll of paper towels, an unopened bottle of handsoap for bathroom, pot holders in kitchen, an iron and ironing board. These are minor suggestions but they would not preclude me from reserving property again. ”

“the host didn’t respond to my messages when asking about check in, called the host and the number given was completely wrong, and the location of the place was unclear. I asked if there was a code or some sort of lock box with a key and all the host said was “there’s a code” even though check in was the next day. Ended up calling vrbo for a refund and canceled the trip because the host is impossible to get in contact with.”
