“I booked a room at the New Sea Breeze Motel last evening and I cannot believe that you have this place as an option. I have photos to share if you'd like. My room was next to a dumpster. “The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in.
