“Great new place to get away in the heart of Auckland city”

“Cleaning staff was great. Unfortunately at the reception Asian lady was not ready listen any complaints. I stayed for 3 nights. No hot water for showers. No landlines to call at the reception. More than 20 timesme and my son went for complaints. Not enough heat from air-conditioned. She said it's warm enough. Not enough Hot air-conditioned. Not hot water. I have to let them know personally to turn on hot water facilities. No room exchange offered.”

“I stayed at a ascotia off queen motel Auckland on the 21-7-2026 when I walked in to our room I thought it was okay I asked for extra blankets for me & my son when I saw the blankets they was both dirty with dirt on one and grey hair or dog fur on the other I took them both straight down to reception and showed them I was not impressed at all. The next morning where ever I stay in a motel I always strip the bed for the cleaner's oh mate how could they not see what was on the mattresses when they...
