“The perfect accomodation for a staycation. Room was clean, spacious & had everything 1 needed. Staff were attentive, professional & friendly especially the housekeeping staff. And of course Eight for breakfast & dinner: delicious food all round. I'll be staying again.”

“Great central location and great hotel - casino is only downside”

“The room is so clean and I believe the house keeping crew did an outstanding job. I can see a garden from the hotel gym and I was impressed with the effort made. The conceige (James) was very helpful as well on how to work things through with the car parking. The pool was quite crowded because of the public holiday. Bed was nice and soft. Comfortable seats in the room. I would return to this hotel.”

“Rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful. Location is great, right by a lot of bus stops and food.”

“👍”

“This Hotel, for the money paid, I will never use it again or even consider it! ”

“Il residence offre appartamenti spaziosi ed è comodo da raggiungere da ogni parte di Auckland, con negozi, supermercati e fast food nei paraggi. Non mi è piaciuto il non poter spegnere l’aria condizionata che è centralizzata e la distanza tra la reception e l’appartamento assegnatomi”

“Great location with few amenities (including no tv or fridge), rooms were clean”

“Nice and clean and spacious but a bit out of the way”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Lovely hotel, staff were however quite rude and unhelpful”

“Great place will stay again”

“Very nice and friendly hostel. Prices maybe too high for the structure but a very welcoming way to start your journey!”

“We enjoyed the view, the laundry feature and separate bedrooms.”

“Great staying; perfect for business trips”

“The harbour view room was spot on but I did feel the bathroom and balcony were a bit dated and in need of total re-doing. The luxury of a harbour view should be matched with a bit more luxury in the room perhaps? Breakfast buffet was OK - no wow factor here though. Staff were the absolute highlight of the trip, friendly and helpful”
