“This is a small hotel located in the CBD of Auckland with access to attractions, the bay, and plenty of restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable (not rock hard like so many big hotels), the room was small but comfortable with all the amenities, and the staff were great!”

“Our favourite hotel in Auckland. We’ve stayed here at least 6 times in the last year. It’s new, clean, and modern. Lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. And a big shopping mall not much further. TV has Netflix, YouTube etc that you can sign into with your own account. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, robes and slippers, which come in handy when you go to the spa, pool, and saunas (that’s right, they have 2 types of saunas). “Valet was rude, we stood there and waited for someone to help us. Then in check-in the guy told us they didn’t have to do the Expedia rewards and he was basically doing us favour, was a very odd thing to say. Then we got to room and there was old food in the fridge and bathroom had toothpaste all over it.”
