“The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. ”

“This condo is perfectly located - a minute walk to the beach and several minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars, a grocery store, and the Amtrak station. Santa Barbara and Ventura are a half-hour drive. The unit is ideal for a couple or solos and the owner is very responsive. Pool and hot tub access is included as well as off-street parking.”

“This is very nice condo, very clean and nicely decorated. It was actually nicer than I thought! The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is well taken care of. The condo has a lot of nice touches including beach gear, games and books. My husband and I traveled with our adult son, who slept on a fold out couch. We enjoyed the patio area outside for coffee in the morning. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. It was very enjoyable. ”
