Godrai di vedute mozzafiato e tramonti perfetti dal nostro portico schermato o da un giardino paesaggistico professionale e se sei fortunato, potresti essere a casa quando i branchi di delfini nuotano sulla loro strada verso l'ingresso del Capitano Sam, dove si nutrono.
Puoi lanciare una linea o lanciare un piatto di granchio direttamente dal molo di Inlet Cove, dotato anche di un lanciatore di kayak. Siamo in grado di assistere con la pianificazione di una barca charter per venirvi a prendere direttamente dal molo o affittare alcuni kayak per il vostro soggiorno. L'accesso alla piscina di Sparkling Inlet Cove è incluso (piscina aperta stagionalmente).
Fai una breve passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta veloce e sarai in riva al mare in No Ci sono 10 miglia di spiaggia meravigliosa da godere e puoi guidare la tua bici proprio sulla sabbia rigogliosa.
Questo delizioso cottage è confortevolmente attrezzato. Tre camere da letto e due bagni assicurano molto spazio per il gruppo. Una cucina rinnovata di recente, completa con un angolo bar, sala colazione e sala da pranzo. Ampio soggiorno con tv a schermo piatto. C'è anche un grill a gas dal ponte posteriore.

Tranquil bliss

This villa is absolutely amazing. As soon as you open the door for the first time to the last when it's checkout time, you are awestruck by the beauty of the Kiawah River. The dolphins swimming, birds flying, and the other abundant wildlife roaming just lets your mind be at peace. Even if you don't go to the beach, the Villa offers everything you need to be still and reset. I look forward to going back very soon!

Delightful location

This property is well appointed and clean. The river/marsh views are wonderful. We saw several dolphins off the back deck. The location is close to amenities and great things to do.

Great trip!

We had a great time at 49 Sunlet Bend. The cottage has a beautiful view of the Kiawah River and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of tools/pans to prepare meals but the cabinets/layout was a bit dated compared to other cottages. Also, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been a plus. Overall it is a nice place to stay on the island. We would book it again because of the view alone. You can’t beat it!

Great location and view

Aside from the decor being a bit dated, the property was well kept with a stunning view of the water. It was perfect location to the pool and dock. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for families.

Wonderful view and close to everything

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house and we loved it. The view was spectacular--we watched dolphins in the river and enjoyed sunsets from our back porch. The location is ideal. We were just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and very close to the pool. The property manager was incredibly responsive; she answered inquiries in a very short time. We would definitely rent this property again.

What a view!

I could have lived on the porch just soaking up that view!!!!! Queen and King beds were comfortable/not the twin beds so much. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Location was an easy bike ride to the beach. Property manager was always quick to respond and helpful.

Great House and Location

Our very first trip to Kiawah. We rented this property for 10 days at the end of February. Started off with another couple, and then it was only us. The house was clean and comfortable. It was great that each couple had their own private bath. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about every utensil/item needed for cooking, which we took advantage of. The beds are very comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular (sunsets!), and we did site some dolphins. We rented bikes, and very much enjoyed taking them on the short ride to the beach to ride along the ocean. There were only a few negatives which is why we did not give this place 5 stars. Noise! The one weekend we were there was lovely but come Mon-Fri all we heard all day was construction across the river and road paving in the development. When you are on vaca you don't want to hear that backup "beep-beep" all day. One morning it started as early as 6:50 a.m.! I guess this is the problem with booking "off season". We did not opt for any housekeeping, thinking we would freshen up as needed however except for a non-working vacuum, there was nothing in the unit to clean the floors, not even a stand-up broom. So if you plan to be there more than a week, you may want to bring your own or spring for some cleaning. We absolutely recommend renting this unit for 2 couples or a small family and wouldn't be surprised if we rent it again!

Spectacular Views

Very nice, well-equipped home with spectacular views in a convenient location on Kiawah Island. The screened porch overlooking the marsh provides a wonderful place to relax, eat and have a glass of wine.

Perfect view

The best reason to rent this house is the view of the Kiawah River. Soon after arrival we were seated on the screened porch, beverage in hand, watching a few dolphins pass by. Interior is lovely, beds are comfortable, kitchen had the supplies we needed. It is a quick bike ride from the beach (and the stretch of beach accessed through Beachwalker Park is uncrowded and beautiful). This house more than met our needs.

Vacation birthday week

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island, and look forward to returning! The kitchen was stocked with almost everything necessary, would have liked a cookie sheet. The view from the deck is lovely, and the sunsets are spectacular! Two things I would suggest for improvement would be insulating / lined curtains to allow dressing in the bedroom without fear of neighbors peering in as well as to keep the heat slash cold out. We had some unusually low 20 + degree nights, and the heat pump was not able to keep the house above 65 degrees. The other suggestion was to supply larger bath towels. Very relaxing and close to everything!

Nice accomodations

Good overall. Some sugar ants in bathroom, quickly resolved. Gutter hanging loose outside guest bedroom never was repaired. Otherwise, good.
