“Spent 9 nights here. The standard studio I booked was tiny, even though it was advertised as 25m² – no way! Luckily, I was able to move to a larger room the next day. Unfortunately, after a few days, the air conditioning broke down, and this time I couldn't move to a larger room; I had to go back to the tiny one. I wasn't offered any compensation, they said that giving me a larger room for a few days was compensation enough. That was a scam, since the rooms are much smaller than advertised!...

“No, the room was not spotless. Hair clips and nails should not be in my room. Not sure why the cleaners need to make so much noise screaming at each other in hindu.. quite offensive”
