“Ideal for beach, restaurants and bus routes to brighton”

“Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...

“The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!”

“I think if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a great option. You can check in online and then get in when you get in, which worked very well for me. The room itself needs a little fixing up, the sink had a massive crack down the middle, the bed was broken and the whole floor seemed to slope sideways. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel and a really affordable night. Ideal for solo travelers ”

“Great boutique hotel and great service. We were provided with an upgrade. The fron desk staff/host was wonderful. Unfirtinatley, i fprgot his name. He was very attentive and pleasant. They are lucky to have him. ”

“Il West Beach Hotel Brighton é una struttura un po’ datata, ma ben posizionata fronte mare. L’aspetto pittoresco é, comunque, coerente con la città e la camera semplice ma pulita più che adatta a un breve soggiorno. Personale gentile e simpatico. ”

“Esperienza poco positiva in quanto nella camera che ci è stata assegnata non funzionava l'impianto di riscaldamento. Non è stato possibile cambiare stanza in quanto l'hotel era al completo, quindi ci è stata fornita una stufetta per riscaldare la stanza. Il personale è stato comunque gentile offrendoci la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della colazione anche se poi non l'abbiamo sfruttata. L'hotel offre il vantaggio di trovarsi in comoda posizione vicino alla stazione.”
