“Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. “Room floor dirty and exterior air intake extremely noisy inside of room requiring ear plugs to get any sleep. On day 3 of our stay, had to ask for room to be cleaned and made up however left no hand soap which we were out of, didn’t replace bathroom tissue or Kleenex which we were out of, and didn’t make beds up. Front desk staff had poor understanding of English language.”

“We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer.
We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful.
Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.”

“We should have been told beforehand that they're doing major renovations. Only a few rooms were open. Want a coffee maker in my room.
Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door.
Settings on the TV made watching sports impossible. Couldn't follow the ball in the World Cup games as color Settings were so bad.
The staff are great.
