“The room was not clean, the carpets were stained and dirty, the chair was dirty, the shower was dirty. They changed the room which was better, however I was too tall to have a shower as the ceiling was so low so I had to bath. Good breakfast ”

“Room was nice and cosy , unfortunately had to leave for work every day to early for breakfast but there were some bits and pieces there if I wanted , plenty of hot water for a bath , bed was nice and comfortable, the only bad thing was someone had been in the room and taken my shampoo and razor the day before I left so could not was my hair or have a shave ”

“They hotel had double booked and we were turned away. No room. As two elderly travellers I was appalled to have to drive straight back home 100 miles in the evening. Staff just said they couldn't help”

“The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing.”

“Nice hotel by the airport, but remember the shuttle to the airport is not free, you need to pay the bus driver separatly. ”

“A lovely young girl served and checked us in. The room was very clean and tidy. We had a delicious full English breakfast which included orange juice, tea and coffee. Great stay and would recommend this place for the pub and the stay over!!!”
