“The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day. We all had to use one toilet and had to remove water from the floor that had overflowed and started running into the bedrooms.2) There is no living area to hang out. There is a kitchen with some...
