Situated on Kelly's Pond this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home will be sure to delight the most discerning renters. Featuring an open concept main floor with an expansive chef's kitchen and oversized island. The space flows into the tv area, sitting area and then the dining area. Off of the dining area is a private study with a Murphy bed. The main floor bedroom has been charmingly imagined as a ships bunk room, with 5 sleeping perches with individual wall lighting. A full bath services the two main level sleeping areas and a half bath serves the living areas of the home. On the upper level, you will find three more bedrooms including the master bedroom with ensuite bath. The master bath features a stunning picture window with soaking tub, dual vanities and extra large shower. The guest rooms on the upper level are served by a charming bath with a French shower. On the lower level of the home you will find a great finished space with a ping pong table, tv area, table for children's crafts and a separate laundry room. Plenty of deck space makes enjoying the views and summer weather easy. The deck features a great outdoor shower, gas grill and seating/dining areas. At the water's edge you will find your private dock just waiting for you to launch your kayaks or take a refreshing dip. A half basketball court will provide endless opportunities for rousing games (and can be turned into a pickle ball court with the supplied net)! If you want to spend the day at an ocean beach, West Dennis beach is less than one mile away. A larger, circular driveway provides plenty of parking and a half court basketball court will make for endless fun! If you are looking to vacation in a home that will exceed your expectations in every way, look no further than 107 Fisk Street.
Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Sat. to Sat., 7 night minimum during the peak season. 4 Night minimum during the shoulder seasons at a reduced rate. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. We used the house to host our adult children and their young (infant to age 7) children. The location and house were terrific. The West Dennis Beach and West Dennis School playground were within stroller walking distance of the house. The court was good for jump rope and tag as well as basketball. After we moved the many fragile items out of reach, the house was safe and comfortable for everyone from grandparents to toddlers. All the rooms were new, clean, and well-equipped. The outside deck space was great for outdoor meals and the awning made the deck comfortable in the hot afternoons. The first-floor bunk room was fun for the kids but it is a long way from the upstairs bedrooms so bring baby monitors if you want nighttime supervision. The house is good for adults too. The kitchen and grill had almost everything we needed, and the Sonos music system was very enjoyable.

One of the best homes I’ve ever rented on VRBO. From the cleanliness of the home to all the attention to details it provides was perfect and I am not easily pleased. The kids kept themselves busy swimming in the pond as well as catching crab and clams! They simply had a blast will keep these memories for a lifetime. Some suggestions to bring this house to the next level. 1) Add a pool table to the basement and turn it into a full game room/ media space. It gives people a reason to want to hang out there. 2) Have paddle boards/kayaks for renters to use on the pond. This is in no way knocking this fabulous home but just wanted to offer a avid renters point of view for the home owners. Our group has already talked about renting this home again which says a lot.

My family enjoyed the view from the deck and sitting on the dock of this quintessential Cape Cod house. It is well appointed and beautifully landscaped. The spacious kitchen and open spaced plan allowed my entire family to gather together. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. FYI: the beaches at Capers Cod charge a big daily fee to park your car.

What an amazing property! The home is simply stunning, with gorgeous views and incredibly comfortable beds (I had an especially hard time waking up our teenagers every morning). The kitchen is well-appointed and the house is equipped with everything one could possibly need. Adam was so helpful and responsive to any question we had, and the owners were incredibly gracious. We hope to visit again!

The property had every amenity I could have imagined for an incredible family reunion. The View from every window is spectacular and relaxing. The beds super comfortable and there was not one thing we needed that the house didn't offer. A splurge for us that made the weekend a memory we will have forever.

We booked this house to spend time with some out of state family coming to the Cape for a family wedding. Due to Covid, the wedding was postponed. So, we had this large, lovely home to ourselves! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the comfortable seating. We also swam in the pond and enjoyed the dock everyday. There were plenty of nearby restaurants offering outdoor dining, and there were convenient markets within a few miles of the house. The ice cream stand on the corner and Captain Bakers Donut Shop are absolute musts! We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again! The only thing the owner could add is some type of shade for the back deck for mid day. We found it too windy to use the umbrellas for shade. Perhaps a pergola or awning of some kind would work well. All-in-all it was a great week.

I cannot express enough how beautiful this home is both inside and out, brand new everything and the view is specular. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. Also the property manager was always quick to respond and very accommodating....five star rating for sure!
