  • Lovely three bedroom home sleeping 8 located in desirable West Dennis neighborhood. Gracious floorplan with light and bright living areas and separate dining give you and your family plenty of space perfect for multi generational families. The main level this home boasts three bedrooms, one full bathroom, one 1/2 bathroom and a spacious living area open to the dining room. The lower level offers an additional living area, separate bedroom and half bathroom. Amenities central air conditioning on the main level of the home, washer/dryer, gas grill and enclosed outside shower, just to name a few. Each bedroom and living area will offer a Smart TV. One of the key features of this home is the spectacular outside dining! Walk out from the dining area directly onto the stone patio with plenty of outside seating options that overlooks the manicured lawn. Just a quarter of a mile to a shared resident beach on the Bass River where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets or drop a paddle board or canoe. This is a home you will want to return to year after year!

    Special Notes: Home has one full bathroom and two half bathrooms. The living room TV will feature streaming services, no cable. TV's in bedroom are Smart TV's with Roku. Please know outside patio heater will not be available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was overall very nice, and lived up to the standards we have learned to expect from Martha Murray. We do have one issue with the TVs located in the bedrooms. None of us could figure out how to use them, and one was broken (which was promptly replaced).

Wished it was closer to the beach...

The house was clean, and well kept with a huge yard and excellent amount of living space. Having the lower level for the teens was KEY! The distance to the beach was further then we expected. Can't walk while carrying beach chairs etc... Short bike or car ride though.. West Dennis beach is beautiful

Wonderful Week by the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time renting this home by West Dennis Beach. It is always a great experience. The home is fully equipped with anything we may need, the layout of this home works so well for our 4 teenage children with the lower level having 3 beds, its own living room and bathroom. All the kids shower in the outdoor shower and you never feel like there is only 1 full bathroom because of it. The two additional 1/2 baths are super convenient and give everyone their own space and privacy. The huge yard and outdoor fire pit lends to outdoor yard games and long nights by the fire with family... We are just a short bike ride to our favorite beach... It really couldn't be anymore perfect for our big family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week in this outstanding beach house in West Dennis. It had all the amenities of home and more! All of our children and grandchildren spent the week, and it was fun for all agars! A short walk to the beach was just right for us! The house has a spacious yard, and the patio area was all we needed to gather for family dinners and breakfasts. This was our third year staying at this property, and each new year has been better than the last. The bonus “ secret beach” was wonderful!
