“The upper safety door latch on the inside of the door was busted did not feel safe staying in the room. We immediately left, and the gal at the front desk was very kind and immediately gave us a refund as we were traveling with two toddlers.”

“After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom.
Next room was Okay with air, but wasn’t very clean. Food containers under the bed. Carpet was old and had an iron burn on it. Blue pain behind the toilet. Ironing board broke. Could not get good TV channels. The window was...

“Hotel hard to access. Entry is through the parking lot of an adjacent "C" store/gas station.
While the room was decent from a cleanliness point of view, the hall was was dirty and needed vacuuming bad. There was a table in the hall that someone had written "dust me" in the dust on it's top, sometime in the past. Still there when we left.
The "easy chair" in our room was thread bare and just plain worn out!
The maid apparently had been instructed to leave just one "decaf" and one...

“Staff needs training in what a wash cloth is. I asked for two additional wash cloths and the young man at the desk brought out two bath mats. I said no a wash cloth is smaller than that, so he came back with two gand towels and it took too much energy to send back again and his line at that time had gone from zero to three people. The next night housekeeper came and gave me two wash cloths when asked. She was sweet and asked if there anything else.”

“BEWARE This super 8 is a Dump
Front desk staff are lazy, they have you book through 3rd party, so when you realize the place is a dump. They tell you, you'll have to get refund from 3rd party. After they accepted the money. They have homeless, living in rv on the property. Carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, shelving brackets coming off the wall, towel bar falling off wall. The outside trash area is disgusting, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️
THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT”
