“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“The hotel is very nice and the suite we stayed in 312 was exceptionally well designed for such a compact space - it had it all, full kitchen, living room with desk and sofa bed and large wall-mounted TV, king size bed with walk-through closet to bathroom, two openings making it accessible from even hallway, and even a small balcony to boot. Great value! The only thing that would make it even better perhaps is a bottle of water by the side of bed. That’s it! Thank you for the wonderful...

“I never checked in to this hotel. We called to confirm debit or cash was accepted as deposit before booking. Was told no cash, debit will be okay. Check in is at 3pm. I arrived 3:15 and no one was at the counter so an employee leaving her shift put her stuff down and helped us, was told room is still dirty. I asked if we’re early and she said guarantee check in is 4pm. We left, came back at 4pm. Line up was out the door because the horrible employee at the desk had no idea what she was doing....

“Unique property. We stayed on the top (3rd) floor with our dauther who was heading back to Ottawa for school. Fell in love with Aylmer. Short walk to pier, enough places to eat within walking distance. Just a relaxing time. Our new go to stay when visiting the Ottawa area. The third floor has a seperate room which was great for our daughter. The unit is 'open concept' including the shower/bath area; this may not be for everyone if they prefer more privacy.
