Case galleggianti a West End

“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“This hotel has a lot of growing pains to overcome before it meets the standard of service I've come to expect from most good hotels. In particular ,I made arrangements with the assistant manager a week in advance that I required a room on the first floor and assistance in getting into our room. “Exceptionally clean. Very close to Costco. Amenities are ok. Only complaint is it's kinda far from the city and every drive involves the 417 which is crazy congested.”
