Hotel romantici a West End

“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“I would presume we had no pets and children with us this time. But it was very welcoming to be able go into the hotel without going out of the terminal it’s so convenient for travelers who do not have to go out, that’s awesome thank you.”

“Petits détails pour le maintien de votre magnifique endroit : la porte principale ferme mal et plusieurs fois elle est restée grande ouverte parce que les clients n'y portent pas attention. Des stores qui bloquent mieux la clarté et de plus longs oreillers seraient aussi appréciés. Sinon, tout est parfait!”
