“We were checked in an hour late due to a “bedding issue” (still not sure what that means. When we received the key, the room had not been cleaned. Because of this, we were running late to our planned event. When we called down for valet, they brought the wrong car around. We just barely made it on time. I was excited for this stay, but honestly, for the price paid, this was not worth it at all. ”

“While the hotel is pretty basic, the staff are anything but! They are professional, friendly and very accommodating. They treat you like you’re staying at a high end hotel. Place was squeaky clean. Bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was better than your average “free breakfast”. Bravo to the staff and whoever is running this place.”

“The only thing I could find as a negative - no mini fridge. It has an old building charm with the water pipes making noise. This is honestly not a complaint, it felt like that fits intentionally with the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean. The art was interesting. And the star, the penguin. We will be staying here again.”

“Lobby is on the second floor. We drove an oversize Van and had to park a block away. The valet could not accommodate our vehicle. Rooms and breakfast were excellent .”

“I booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. We went with a group of over 10 people planning to enjoy it, but when we arrived, they told us it doesn’t exist. This is misleading information and very disappointing.”

“There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free. ”
