“We arrived close to 2am. The shuttle from the airport only took 10 mins to arrive and was free. The rude lady also on the shuttle with us took 15 minutes to check in. ( we took 30 seconds.. ) which was not the receptionist/ property’s fault. “This hotel has a lot of growing pains to overcome before it meets the standard of service I've come to expect from most good hotels. In particular ,I made arrangements with the assistant manager a week in advance that I required a room on the first floor and assistance in getting into our room.
