“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“This was the worst night in a hotel. It started with me checking in and heading to the restaurant to eat and looked for a glass of wine I was told they do not have a liquor license. Then I decided to head to bed early then at 8pm the fire alarm went of and we were evacuated. Then after standing outside freezing they tell us to go back in. The pillows were awful instantly flat. Then at 5:30 while I was in the shower the fire alarm went off again and we had to evacuate again. No one offered us...

“We traveled a group of 7 people, me my sisters and my 92 year old father. The restaurant was good food and we had great reception when we checked in. The casino was fun, I hoped to have better luck but that wasn’t their fault. 😂 Our suite was excellent and we will be back!”

“Great location and a fun stay overall. The room felt clean at first, but I would strongly recommend pulling out the dressers and doing a deeper clean behind them. I dropped my mascara and when it rolled underneath, it definitely changed my impression of how clean the room really was. There was quite a bit of dust, dirt, and even some debris back there. Aside from that, everything else was very good. The beds were comfortable, and the pull-out couch was surprisingly great—honestly the first time...
