West Fork Pool and Hot Tub- 10 mins to Fay, Devils Den

Beautiful new modern house in West Fork, 10 minutes to Fayetteville and 15 to Devil's Den State Park. This is a brand new listing, but we have been premier hosts with 2 other properties for 4 years.

Brand new custom pool in back yard with tanning ledge (great kid's area). Pool is open May 1-October 1. It is not heated at this time.

8 person Jacuzzi brand hot tub open year round.

Large, fenced in yard.

This is a large, 2800 sq foot house with views and the feeling of being in the treetops. The main living area and master bedroom are upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and an additional living room and bathroom downstairs. There is over 800 sq feet of porch space- half of it is screened in. Pictures do not do this place justice.

Large Tv's in both living areas and a Tv in the master bedroom. Huge upper deck balcony and a screened in porch. Fully stocked kitchen and grill. Fast fiber optic internet.

Do not book this house for parties. There is a neighbor near by and please be respectful. There is a Ring spotlight security camera that shows the front door and carport.

This house has stairs and an upstairs balcony with cable railing. This may not be suitable for infants, elderly, etc.

Exactly what we needed!

We had an excellent stay! Communication from the owner was great, and they were very accommodating. The home was clean, unique, and had such a calm atmosphere—exactly what we needed. The pool was amazing and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a Arkansas Football weekend

Awesome Huge House with Pool and Hot tub!

I took my Mother and Daughter who is 16 and will be attending the University of Arkansas in a couple of years just like her Grandfather and her Mother, who sadly passed away recently. It was a very special trip for us, and the house was amazing! Waaay more space than we needed but it was very nice to have our own rooms / floor and of course the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. Even though I messed up the checkout date the host was very understanding and super cool about it. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the westfork retreat. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The home was clean, well cared for, cozy and relaxing with all the needed amenities for a quick get away. We enjoyed nearby hiking and restaurants. Thank you for providing this opportunity.

100 STARS!!!! I don’t even know where to start, this property is AWESOME! We were a group of 30’s and 40’s moms who cannot be labeled as low maintenance and we are already planning our next stay! From walking in the front door to locking the house up at the end of our stay, this experience was AMAZING! The house smells so good, is so clean, and incredibly well stocked. The screened in porch was our favorite morning coffee spot and the hot tub/fire pit area was the best way to wrap up our evenings. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and the bathrooms were large and allowed for plenty of space for 7 women to get ready. We had zero need to contact the host because we wanted for nothing and everything worked exactly as expected. 10/10 recommend booking this property! We will absolutely be back and soon!!

Pleasant Reunion

Very clean, well stocked kitchen along with several small appliances and propane grill. Several options for outdoor activities as well as indoor games. We enjoyed hot tub and heavy beach towels which were provided. Highly recommend this property for family or couples. Short drive to devil's den state park with several hiking trails.

A group of us came to town for a football game and stayed at the property. It was perfect for our needs, convenient to Fayetteville and left us plenty of room to enjoy each other’s the company. Will definitely come back.

Great relaxing vacay!

Me and some of my family stayed over a long weekend for a girls trip and a chance to relax and get away from the stress of home. This home was perfect for that! It is in a quiet and secluded location, but still has all the amenities like wifi and Smart TVs. It is in the cute little town of West Fork and you can get there by main the interstate or through the scenic route through Devil’s Den State Park. It is 3 minutes away from a grocery store, gas, and a few restaurants and only about 15-25 minutes away from all the lovely things to do in Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville! There is shopping, hiking, live music, and great restaurants all within a few miles, but the area itself is calmer and more secluded than places in the city. Since it was chiller outside, our favorite thing to do after a long day out was to relax in the hot tub. The pool is not heated, so don’t plan on that during the fall and winter months. It would also be a great place for big families as it has a huge kitchen, an indoor and an outdoor dining area, big family rooms, and plenty of bathrooms. It also has a place to grill out! Overall spectacular stay!

The house was beyond what is shown in the pictures. It is beautiful, clean and well stocked with items that I would not have thought of. My grandchildren had a great time in the pool & hot tub and there is a very nice seating area by both for those of us that did not participate. Communication was good. I would give this a 10 out of 10.
