Lovely Basement Suite-2 bedrooms/1 bath with FULL kitchen and laundry!!!

This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC).

This beautiful basement apartment has a seperate entrance on the west side of the house for your privacy which is right in front of where you park for easy & close access.

The suite includes a private full bathroom, washer/Dryer, a full kitchen with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your kitchen needs.

The family room & master bedroom have new smart TVs so you could access your streaming accounts.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, desk, and new smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom where extra blankets, pillows, and a porta crib are stored. The master bed room has a private entrance to the bathroom (Jack & Jill door).

The second bedroom has one queen and a bunk bed.

Children toys and board games are stored in the family room cabinet for extra fun!

Guest Access:
You will have access to parking your vehicle(s) on the west side of the garage. If you have 2 cars please park back to back. Allow room for the upstairs guests to access the driveway. Please do not park on the street. It is a small cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking.

Other things to note:
This bright and Cozy basement suite is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways are also a plus.

It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude.

Please not that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear upstairs noise.

The apartment is well-stocked but if I have forgotten anything, or you have forgotten to bring something during your stay, let us know so that we can help make your stay more comfortable!

The location was great because I didn't have a car. Several sets of the upstairs guests were very noisy late at night (1:30 AM). Also when the first sets of upstairs guests were running the A/C the heat was sucked out of the lower suite by the return air duct making the suite very cold in spite of the heaters. As the weather cooled later guests ran the heat upstairs which was better for downstairs.

Did not spend a lot of time there, just to sleep.

Carpets need to be cleaned. Entry needed to be cleaned.Need to taller Toilet!! So low I had to help my Mother up off it. No Coffee.

Wonderful Stay Again!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed in this lovely basement apartment. It has everything we need to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. It has two bedrooms that give us plenty of room for all of our things, a full kitchen with everything we need to prepare wonderful meals for ourselves, a small but comfortable living room with a large screen TV, parking close to the basement entrance, a great location close to the local grocery store, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target and other shopping and plenty of places for exercise (bicycling, walking, running, etc.). We will be coming back to the Salt Lake City area next summer and will definitely want to stay at Heather's place again.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We traveled to Utah from Arizona for Thanksgiving. This place was perfect! Plenty enough room for all seven of us to be comfortable. The washer and dryer was fantastic, there were plenty of towels and extra blankets, and even a few snacks (my kids loved that!!). We would definitely stay again.

Great Place! Great Stay!

This property worked perfectly for my wife and I, just the right amount of space for us to spread out and be comfortable. Despite being a basement apt, there was plenty of natural light in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and kitchen utensils so, for a long stay like we had, we only needed to run the dishwasher every 3 or 4 days. There was a sufficient number of pots and pans and plenty of spices to use when cooking our meals. Great location... quiet and safe neighborhood... close to shopping, hospital and trolley station... quick access to local north/south highway that you can use as an alternative to the interstate. Would highly recommend this property!
