“Stains on bedsheet and duvet, hair on carpet and bathroom counter and bathtub when we first entered the room. Fitted sheets don’t fit the bed and pulls up when we sleeping. Shower not functioning properly. Coffee at reception area cold. Not a pleasant stay. Have stayed in various Marriott locations and members also but this was the worst experience.”

“Alphonso went over and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Great attention to detail. We already had breakfast plans, but the aromas were fantastic and people we saw eating were having a great experience. If you’re looking for a nice place to get away and not worry about what to eat in the morning, head over there.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was large, quiet, and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything you would need. The property itself is great, with a large gym, pool, hot tubs, and right on the lake.The living room and kitchen area are air-conditioned, but the bedrooms did not appear to be. However, there were fans in the bedrooms. My only complaint regarding this unit would be the TV, which was older - not a smart TV. We would’ve liked to have watched Netflix and Prime...

“Perfect location right over the bridge. Easy to access downtown or the west side. Great views from the hot tub and ideal space to hang out on the roof. Lots of space to accommodate 7 adults comfortably. Would stay here again.”
