“Nice pool and really good breakfast.”

“Having the morning breakfast and evening appetizers was great after long travel with kids. The pool was fun because it was indoor outdoor which the kids enjoyed swimming to each side and the hot tub was nice and cozy. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The only negative was entering our room and having a soiled pillow case on the counter as if accidentally left there.”

“We had booked this hotel because of a prior stay years ago. The breakfast used to be amazing but is now just basic hotel breakfast. The room we stayed in was a hearing accessible double queen. Upon check in I immediately headed down to cook dinner in the grill. My daughter got trapped in the bathroom because the pocket door was broken. This is an obvious safety concern. When I mentioned it to the desk staff she told Me they were aware of the issue. I was not notified of this at any point until I...

“Small gym, treadmill out of order, couldn’t get into the pool, however the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hall bathroom unclean and no tissue in 2 stalls.”
