“The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! This is above and beyond service we are very grateful and thankful she saved us thousands of dollars and it was very caring. She deserves a raise for sure In addition to...

“Checked in for an apartment unit at front desk. To get a parking pass, they tried to get me to sign up for an 90 min presentation for the timeshare. You are able to bypass that if you stick to it! Upon entering the unit though, the musty smell hits you as soon as you enter. Also unit didn’t have a stove in it like advertised. Went to Publix for a few things to have for the next day. Came back in to find a bed bug in the pull out couch!! I took the bed bug up to front desk wrapped in paper towel....

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....
