Welcome to West Palm Beach!

This house has been recently UPDATED! 2 NEW BATHROOMS, new floors, fresh paint, new blackout curtains, and more! The house is kid friendly and guests with disabilities will feel comfortable as there are no steps in the 1 story house. There is a HEATED SALTWATER POOL at no extra charge with sunbeds and chairs! There is a computer desk, high speed WIFI available so you can work while on vacation. There is even a mini gym corner (bench with a couple of weights) if you are keen to workout too! Cable and 2 Smart TVs are inside the 1800sq ft house. There is a washer and dryer at your disposal inside the 2 car garage. The house sits on a 10,000sq ft lot, so there's a private big back yard with some nice trees and space for kids to play.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 car garage, with a dining room, living room, florida room, and screened in patio separate from the screened in saltwater heated pool. There is 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, a baby crib, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with tv and cable. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed with a bunk bed and a trundle. In the Florida room/office, there is a sofa/futon which transforms into a nice king size bed, or two twin beds.

The house is a quick 5 minute walk to a local park with a lake. It is a 10-15 min drive to the local beaches. 15 minute walk to the train station (Magonia trirail station) which can take you to/from Miami International Airport. 10 min drive to downtown West Palm Beach. The house is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in West Palm Beach.

Superbe maison dans un quartier calme, la piscine est très grande ! Elle était chauffée pour notre arrivée et il y avait quelques jeux pour les enfants de disponible. La cuisine est très bien aménagée avec un nombre suffiant d'ustensiles et de couverts pour une famille de 6 personnes. La maison est très spacieuse parfaite pour 6 personne. Il est très facile de communiquer avec la propriétaire. Tout c'est super bine passé et nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

Yes the pool was ennjoyable for my family, just needed to have the spider webs knocked down in the ceiling are and sweepted up out on the patio and pool area.Other than that a very nice comfortable home.

Perfect for vacation

The communication with Nicole was excellent. We made a mistake when entering the password and they resolved the problem in minutes. The house is comfortable, clean, with everything you need and more for your stay. We liked that it is equipped with cleaning products. There were 8 of us and the space was perfect. Something that stood out is that it has a water filter in the kitchen 💜☺️ In a quiet neighborhood. It is 25 to 30 minutes from Juno Beach depending on traffic. Publix, Walmart, Target Costco stores 10 to 14 minutes. We are grateful for the food they left us, the comfortable beds, the bed in the master is very high! and the beautiful furnitures, with large closets, electric sofas, it has direct TV, Netflix, Disney + so with different opportunities to watch TV, it has towels even for the beach 👍the mini gym was great, the men did weights. The terrace is beautiful and the pool is also adorned with lights that change color giving a formidable atmosphere. In the backyard are fruit trees full of mangoes and avocados. We didn't try them because they are only now coming out. Could entrances car into the garage and they had chairs and a beach umbrella as well as toys for children. Its exterior is very well maintained. If I should say something to improve, it is the water outlet in the toilet, try to improve the bathroom furniture, but this is to give a suggestion, it is not a complaint.We are already planning to return, you will feel at home.

Decent home; great communication

This home needs some updating as the couch and rugs in the family room were older. Some fixtures such as bathroom lighting needed to be replaced. Pretty clean but found some areas that should have been cleaned more thoroughly. Neighborhood is ok but a little rundown. Home gym consisted of a weight bench with barbell and dumbbells. Felt that the listing misrepresented some things as it originally listed a hot tub that was not there and there were indoor cameras turned on that should have not been inside the property. Nicole was very responsive and great to work with.
