“This hotel is a great location! The staff are amazing- welcoming and helpful. As a result of staff team I would give this hotel a 5 but it needs a little more love and care! First of all my my Robert from the restaurant the epitome of servitude the “ambassador” for the hotel- what a gem and he loves his job. Like I can’t wait to see him again! He made me felt appreciated as a guest. Dave the supervisor at the front desk and my housekeeper Sonia- extraordinary representative of Palm Beach...

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect...
