“First appearance the property is nice, lobby area clean, and good staff. The room seemed clean and suitable but later noticed that it seems clean at first but really needs a deep cleaning. The bed slept good and the pillows were good. the bed pedestal put the top of the bed at about 3 foot from the floor, which seems to high. “I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...
