“The cleanliness wasn’t always good. After room cleaning I seen the same paper on the floor for 3 days. Need room spray the rooms smell like sewer or mildew”

“Worst time ever me and my husband were out of there in less than two hours.. pay for a queen suite got a different cheaper. Room was not compensated. None of the amenities were available. We were told we don’t allow walk around the house no washer and dryer no kitchen no outside of amenities. nothing they offered was true or given totally misled. “Easy contactless check-in and clean rooms.”

“We spent the Fourth of July weekend at this hotel and found it conveniently located. The hotel and rooms are very cleaned. You could tell it had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but it met our needs. The hotel did not have a pool or workout room. The breakfast that was included in the stay did not have any hot food but it had bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and muffins. It worked for us. I’d recommend this hotel as a nice place...

“Very clean rooms!”

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“There were no amenities because they don’t serve breakfast or anything else on Mondays and Tuesdays. I took a picture of the face of the tub because it looked like it had black mold. We didn’t use the tub.”

“The house is beautiful and cozy with lots of details inside. You can see what kind of person who owns the house. The lake view is stunning. It so nice to wake up in the morning seeing the lake view from your room window. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, makes it feel like you're home. Feels comfortable and cozy. The guidelines book in the dining room has all the instructions you needed. Special mention to Sherry the local care taker who came right away...

“Great location very clean would stay again”

“If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great.”
