“From the immediate warm and genuinely friendly welcome, to the home cooked, delicious pub food, we could not fault this delightful inn. I have to be honest, I was not expecting the high standard we experienced for the price paid and so were especially delighted. The lovely touch of two (unexpected) continental breakfasts in 'go bags' for our onward journey the next day to the wonderfully comfortable bed and the obvious pride everyone we met takes in their property I cannot praise them highly...

“Staff make the hotel, everyone was so friendly, I came with wife and our autistic son, he was made up with how staff liaised with him, even the kids pack which included a lanyard (he collects lanyards)

“The indoor pool was quiet and lovely for a family. Checkin was smooth with activity packs for the children. Breakfast was delicious with good options. Our kids ate free for all meals. Overall will come back again.”

“The location worked really well, it is near to a boatyard where we were able to hire a day boat to explore the Broads. The food was excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful. A lovely relaxing stay, thank you. ”

“The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. ”

Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! Honestly I wish I could give it 100 stars and more ! We will go back for sure … Christmas lights( sweet and tasteful) were a bonus as were the homemade eco friendly...
