"The hotel is well positioned for a visit to Norwich. Room and inside of hotel including spa are kept clean but are in need of a refurbishment. Hotel food is nice, buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing as not all food was available. Out side of hotel needs some attention and also a bin or two as ..."
