My wife and I were left without a place to stay on our 42nd wedding anniversary forcing us to come home early from our GOTL trip. I was refunded what I had paid but the owner failed to respond when questioned about why I was left hung out to dry on July 4. I'm guessing it was all about the $$”

“The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. “Gorgeous house and beautiful views. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We stayed here for our wedding with our wedding party and we all had a great time! If I had one complaint there were SO many bugs you could not enjoy the balcony’s without literally getting swarmed and the hot tub was full of them. I understand this can not be fully controlled but I do feel more preventatives could be put in place”
