“Our room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fair. The woman working at the buffet was delightful and very hardworking! The staff is great but the property looked much better in the snow back in March.”

“We had stayed here before, and it had changed. We had trouble communicating with the staff, although they were friendly and smiled a lot. The staff was not at the desk at times. There was no ice. There was no outdoor furniture. Yet, all things considered, we got our money's worth, and the location is great by the river.”

When I went to get more coffee the clerk was on phone, didn't even say please wait I'll be with you soon. no, just ignored me. When I told the morning clerk about their mistake, the response was so. I won't stay there again”

“The room was spacious and well laid out. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The shower was hard to figure out, the water pressure seemed to slow down a few minutes into the shower.”

Though the bathroom sink still had hair from someone shaving around the faucet handle and trash under the sink which made me think it had not been vacuumed. The person at front desk was not particularly friendly when I arrived at night. For the price, I would have expected more.”
