“The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great and the staff were very accommodating. My daughter and her children were late arriving at the hotel from the airport and the staff did everything possible to make her stay as easy as possible. They gave us an extra hour for check-out. A staff member assisted with all the gear she had to bring, going so far as transporting it across the street! Emgen I think his name was, deserves special recognition for going the extra mile. ”
