“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. “I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Everything was perfect and I love the train theme of the inn. The inn is very clean and the accommodations were excellent. The Steaming Tender restaurant located within easy walking distance from the inn will not disappoint and is a must see. The restaurant is located in the old train station and has been masterfully restored. The food is very good and the atmosphere is spot on if you’re a fan of trains. These places should be on your list of things to check...

“I was here for 9 days so I guess my needs were higher. There was really no counter space to make a coffee or use the microwave. Very little place to put my clothes as far as a dresser or closet. It would have been nice to have a least one hook in the bathroom vs. 4 in the main room area. It took a while for the water in the sink to get all that warm. The breakfast was ok. “Pros : Check in was good, staff was nice and efficient, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok, the hot food was just OK, nothing special. noon check out Cons: They did not have a little tube of toothpaste in the bathroom. Every hotel I've stay at has toothpaste in the bathroom. Hot tub was not HOT in the morning. ”
