Hotel vicino a West Street Beach - Laguna Beach

“Beds are entirely too high. Uncertain why they are that high. Walls are paper thin and I heard the man next door snoring. They do provide earplugs. No pool. Trash cans are highly accessible. One evening a new guest asked me if I worked there when I went to the front to fill a water bottle. She was waiting at front desk to check in for a longer time than she expected. Turns out the clerk was chatting in another guest room for about 20/30 minutes. The new guest was pretty stressed. ”

“Awesome corner room with its own balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is that if you want to get onto internet for the TV channels i.e. Netflix such you need to have your own account information to sign into the apps, we didn't know about that so we weren't prepared for it.”

“The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!”

“Manager Shelly, has serious over-powering problems, and could use some hotel hospitality lessons, perhaps I’m wrong which I doubt it but there were racisms comments in her vocabulary as well. I would recommend the hotel looks for a more suitable manager with better people and hospitality skills.”
