“Clean and welcoming atmosphere. After an eight-hour drive, I was glad to see there was a full, although small, bar. Lots of places to eat that are walkable but you have to cross a busy street in potentially overwhelming Texas heat, so driving is probably wise. I would stay here again.”

“The hotel is either fairly new or remodeled. It was not immaculately clean but okay. Parking lot was almost full when we arrived but we did find a parking spot. It was quiet during sleeping hours. The air conditioning worked well maybe a little too well! It was cold in our room but I didn't find the thermostat on the wall till the next morning. It was set to 66. We usually sleep at 70 for the temp. It was late when we got in so we sorta just stumbled into bed w/o giving it much thought. ...
