Escape to our exquisite lakeside haven, where modern design meets the tranquil beauty of Lake Keowee. Nestled amidst shimmering waters and lush surroundings, this spacious retreat that was built in the summer of 2023 sits on 2.5 acres and is tailored for a large family or group of friends seeking the ultimate peaceful lakefront getaway and is only 20 miles from Clemson University.

 The House Floor Plan: 

Step into a world of comfort and style. Our impeccably decorated 6 bedroom 8 bathroom home welcomes you with open arms. You will find that no detail was spared in this home and that its contemporary design seamlessly blends with the serene ambiance of the lake, creating an oasis of relaxation. Upon entering the home on the main level, you will be met with spectacular views of the lake through floor to ceiling glass windows and doors. At that time, you will enter into a large family room that overlooks the lake and has ample seating for both family and friends to gather around the gas fireplace which has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV hung over it. You will then find a gorgeous open-concept kitchen with a bar that seats five and a dining room table that seats ten. There are large glass doors off both the family room and the dining room that open to an oversized deck for entertaining. This outdoor space offers another living space with plenty of comfortable seating around a second gas fireplace also with a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. This upper deck offers an additional outdoor dining room table for those who would like to eat outside while enjoying the fresh air overlooking the lake. This space is equipped with both a propane grill as well as a separate electric smoker. The master suite is located on the main level and has a King size bed, a desk with a chair to create the perfect workspace, and a large bathroom with an oversized shower, deep soaking tub, his and hers walk-in closets and a vanity area to get ready. The master suite also has large glass doors that open up to the upper deck patio. A second bedroom is located on the main level. It features a King size bed with an en suite bathroom. Also found on this level is a huge pantry with another full size refrigerator in it, the laundry room, a half bathroom and a three car garage. Just upstairs, you will find a movie theater with a state of the art surround sound system, large screen and stadium seating with plenty of DVD’s as well as streaming capability (by logging in to your own streaming accounts). This space also features a bathroom and wet bar equipped with a beverage refrigerator.

Downstairs, below the main level of the home, you will find a second living space with a large sofa, another 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, a wet bar that houses both a beverage refrigerator as well as a wine refrigerator and a game room with a combination pool/air hockey/ping pong table as well as an electronic dart board, putting mat, and arcade machine. This area offers another bathroom as well. You will also find an additional three King sized bedrooms downstairs, one of which has an en suite bathroom and the other two share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Lastly, you will find our bunk room which has two sets of custom built in Queen over King beds as well as an en suite bathroom with a tub. The downstairs living space has large glass doors that open into another outdoor space with a foosball table and plenty of seating to look out over the lake or watch your family and friends play in the large backyard which has a built in firepit with Adirondack seating and is steps away from the full sized dock where you can tie up your own boat or rent ours. This home is equipped both inside and out, with Sonos controlled speakers to be able to enjoy music from every living space of the home.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with brand new appliances, which include two full size refrigerators and freezers, a double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and every cooking tool needed including a griddle, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, Keurig, Emeril Lagassee Airfryer 360, toaster, electric skillet, and more. This home is fully stocked with glassware and dishes for large groups and plenty of cutlery, pots and pans, Tupperware, bakeware, etc. Whether you are hosting a family feast or crafting an intimate meal, you will have all the tools you need at your fingertips.

 Luxurious Bedrooms: Retire to one of six beautifully appointed bedrooms. Five of them feature King beds with large picture windows offering amazing views of the lake from every room and are the epitome of comfort. The sixth bedroom is a haven of fun, with two sets of Queen over King bunk beds, making it ideal for children or the young at heart. All bedrooms are equipped with a 55 inch Samsung smart TV as well as blackout shades.

 Dock and Lake Access: Embark on aquatic adventures from your private dock, granting you direct access to the pristine waters of Lake Keowee. Whether you are swimming, boating, or simply gazing at the shimmering waters, the lake is your playground. This home comes with an 18 foot floating lily pad as well as a water trampoline that is connected to the dock. This home also offers [under a separate rental], a brand new 2023 24 foot Bennington Tritoon with a 250 horsepower engine fully equipped with speakers and lots of extras under a separate rental through the owner. Please let us know during the booking process if you would like more information on renting the boat. All boat rentals are handled through a separate vendor. Boat rentals must be completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the home.

 Fire Pit and Outdoor Oasis: As the sun sets over the tranquil waters, gather around the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and stories. This home has three fireplaces: two gas fireplaces and one wood burning fire pit. The outdoor fire pit offers a beautiful view of the lake with Adirondack seating. Additionally, there is an indoor gas fire place with a 65 inch Samsung smart TV hung above it as well as another outdoor gas fireplace also with a 65 inch Samsung smart TV. Both spaces offer ample comfortable seating with beautiful views of the lake creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings inside or under the stars.
