“I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off .”

“Worst experience ever. Hotel was so dirty. We checked in around 4pm and they still put us in a room that was half clean. The property smelled so bad. Bathroom was stinky. Bed sheets were dirty had stains on them. We left as soon as we walked in. Since this was non refundable we can’t do anything. Plus the incidental charged was charged as a POS transaction. I doubt I’ll get it back. F this place ”

“Staff was helpful but the room was not clean, we did not stay here. And I was already checked in before I seen the room, ended up paying for a room I didn't use, had to go somewhere else, and pay again.”
